Now!

The before cannot be revived, materialized, the before is just a memory and result of what we are. The after is an illusion, just a mental process of concretization, the after does not exist.

Only the Now exists. Yet we are sorry for the before and anxious for the after;

We suffer for what can never exist, be it before or after; one because it will never come back and the other because it does not even exist, not even in memories and much less materialized, unless of course you have a machine to travel to the future hidden in your room; don't you? Then it does not exist.

Why do we suffer for the before and after? Because we don't live in the now.

No one can consider themselves intelligent or even have a minimum of reasoning if we do not live as we should in the present, channeling all our strength, physical, psychic and emotional energy into the Today. At the end of the day, our racial intelligence is just a strut (of a peacock, pride – arrogance) of confession, a common place. We are fed up with ignorance.

Time is our handcuffs of the century, it is on our wrists like shackles marked by months and days, hours and minutes, after all “not wasting time” is the great idea of the smart one, “time is gold” is the cry of the oppressor that we want to be, we don’t have time for anything because we are building our AFTER, and or correcting our BEFORE, putting everything on the account of NOW.

No one will live today lightly if today is not just now.

Why do we suffer for tomorrow? Because we build it on endless promises, on debts to be paid, on dreams to be fulfilled, on words of the future that we promise, on goals that we want to achieve, we push all of this so that it will be fulfilled in the AFTER, even though this AFTER does not exist, but we create it like a false god that plays at creationism, building this after with our rickety mentality, generating worries and anxieties.

The After Now only exists in our own creations, generating every day a heavy Now loaded with future promises that will one day arrive.

Anxiety is this anguish in our imagination wanting to live the AFTER in the NOW, when the AFTER does not exist.

Now,
