And if the soap opera “Salve Jorge” was called “Glória a Deus”, would you watch it?

It is extremely thorny to know how most Christians are concerned with stereotypes; The levels of questioning are paltry: Can you watch the soap opera Salve Jorge?!

My answer is only one! If the soap opera was called “Glory to God” would you feel relieved to watch it?

It doesn't change anything, the name, the reference, anything that was given, linked or not to any form of religious manifestation, beliefs or superstitions or extremely exempt from these, would it change anything?

No! Nothing!

Because the problem is the essence; and the essence of these soap operas is always evil. Therefore, I don't need parameters on the outside if the Truth lives inside me. Those who ask, or who prefer a less invasive name, are people who want relief from guilt, to watch without feeling guilty;

I wouldn't need arguments to know whether or not I can watch it if I have the Word of God in my heart and not just the Bible under my arm, because the Gospel teaches me to look for what is good, what is beautiful in life, what is worth living; It teaches me to look for everything that is good, pleasant, that which is praiseworthy and healthy for the soul [...] Therefore, abandon the time spent stuck in soap operas or stereotypes and gain your time by immersing yourself in the Word of Truth.

If the problem is the name, know the worst macumbas, they may look like “good-cumba”, those that are done in the name of God, but the essence is the devil.

May God teach us to live the Gospel in life, the way it is: Simple.
